Worked closely with companies from diverse industries (Food & Beverage, Life Science, Mining, and Oil & Gas), to conceptualize, model, justify, and implement applications to reduce the existing gap between the Enterprise Resource Planning systems (SAP, JD Edward, for example), and the factory floor (Automation infrastructure), through solutions such as Finite Production Planning, Efficiency and Down Time Analysis, Track and Trace, and connectivity with the ERP applications, building the Manufacturing Execution Systems (Know commonly as MES), achieving outstanding results. By these implementations, the number of Production Orders fulfilled on time were improved due to an accurate production planning, also a reduction of inventory was accomplished, as well as an increase on the utilization of assets, increase on production per time unit, and improvement on quality (quantitative and qualitative), due to the ability to identify and inform root causes of factory floor problems.

Managed and lead S88 projects focused on the brewery industry. Coordinated FAT and SAT tasks, managed contractors in charge of PLC and HMI programming, administrated project budget, and managed customer relationship, looking for a balance between profit and total customers satisfaction. S88 (an ISA standard), brought flexibility to the normally rigid production infrastructure, enabling process experts to create new products (and let them available to the market). Modeling the production system was a key in the success of projects. Performed consulting on Life Science companies familiarizing with their production standards (as CFR21 Part 11 among them) in order to implement S88 standards.
